The named insured or the registered owner of the company/LLC that the policy is named to must be the signer. Signature cannot be the LLC it must be a personal name.
Please note, the named insured on the policy must match the registered owner of the vehicle. If the policyholder name does not match the vehicle registration, the DMV or state authority will reject the policy leading to fines and suspensions of your license and registration.
