Your Period X policy does not come with declaration pages.
All the relevant information you'll need with be listed on the certificate of insurance.
If you need help accessing your documents please review the steps below:
1. After logging into your INSHUR account, click the "View Documents" tab
2. After opening the "View Documents", you'll see a full collection of your policy documents and select which you'd like to view from the menu.
3. You can download the document by selecting the download icon (down-facing arrow symbol) for your personal records or to print.
