Installation: OBD plug-in devices — just plug it into the OBD port right away. Hardwired devices — bring the vehicle in once the device arrives or your install appointment is set.
Am I covered before it's installed? Yes. Coverage starts the day you sign and pay. Just get the device installed ASAP to stay in good standing.
What you can monitor from the portal: Unplugged device alerts, mileage per vehicle, geofencing alerts, and maintenance/billing reminders.
